THE DUMP-AND-STIR COOKIES

We can all agree that there is nothing better than a warm chocolate chip cookie. These days everyone is on a juice cleanse or eating smoothie bowls, but I have a recipe for you that you can indulge in and not feel bad about it! These cookies have only five ingredients in them AND are gluten free! That's the rage these days, isn't it? These cookies are crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. If you usually add nuts to your cookies, you don't have to add them in these ones, because the base is almond butter! Oh, and I'm not going to judge if you add few more chocolate chips than needed. ;)



Ingredients:
  • 1cup almond butter (recipe)
  • 1/2cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1cup chocolate chips
Recipe:
1) Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
2) These cookies are called dump-and-stir cookies, so just dump everything in a bowl and mix!
3) Chill the dough in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. Use a tablespoon and scoop the dough onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. (Keep an eye on them, they easily burn)
4) Let the cookies cool for at least five minutes and then EAT!!! Enjoy! :)
